Return Policy

 

You will have 30 days to return your UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNUSED item once delivered.

**Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a DIGITAL GIFT CARD.**

Because we pay for shipping, you will be responsible for paying the shipping of your returns and/or exchanges. A return form will be provided, but if this item is out of stock we will issue store credit.

 Eligibility for store credit to be honored:

unworn, original condition, no perfume, smell of smoke, dog hair, rips or tears, etc.

 It must be returned in the same condition it was delivered.

PLEASE NOTE: FINAL MARKDOWN ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED! 

 

Claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported within 15 days of receiving your items to ensure proper credit. Please email a picture of the damaged or faulty items to Almasandco@yahoo.com. 

Once returned item(s) is/are received, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, your refund will be issued to store Credit in the form of a Digital Gift Card equal to the price of the returned item(s) minus shipping costs. Shipping charges will not be refunded. You will then receive the funds from the refund in your account approximately 5–10 business days after the date on which the refund was initiated. (This is an aspect of how the banking system works.)

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item for a refund, we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift card that you will be able to use towards the item you wish to order. **WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO DENY REFUND OF ANY ITEM IF THE GOOD IS DAMAGED IN ANY WAY.**
